Procedure of Afilliation
 
1.- Name of the Organization and its office address.
2.- A List of Names and addresess of all its officers.
3.- A copy of the Statutes and By-laws of said Organization.
4.- Pay the membership fee for the current year in which application is made for WJF.
5. Registration of the organization's name in the country of origin.
